Welcome to the AI education services provided by Lastmile Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we").

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") are a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and the Company regarding your use of our website, software, and related AI tools (collectively, "Services"). By registering, logging in, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

• Registration Requirements: You must be 13 years of age or older to register. If you are a minor, you must use the service with the accompaniment and consent of a guardian.
• Account Security: You should keep your account credentials safe. Any action taken through your account will be considered your own action.
• Account Restrictions: Unless written permission is obtained, the account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or shared among multiple people.

• Service nature: We utilize artificial intelligence technology to provide you with teaching assistance, content generation, and consulting advice.
• Limitations of AI-generated content: You understand and acknowledge that AI-generated content ("output") may contain errors, be outdated, misleading or incomplete (i.e., "AI illusion").
• Non-Professional Advice: All content provided in this service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice in the medical, legal, financial, or any other field. Please consult with experts in the relevant field before making any decisions based on AI recommendations.
• Service Changes: Due to the rapid evolution of AI technology, we reserve the right to adjust, suspend or terminate certain functions at any time without prior notice.

Certain Services, or specific features of the Services, are available only to paid subscribers. Depending on the type of subscription plan selected at the time of purchase, the applicable fees will be charged in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current applicable price unless canceled by you or the Company. By subscribing, you authorize the Company to immediately charge the payment method designated in your account and to charge it again at the beginning of each new subscription period.

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription by emailing [email protected] or through your user profile page.

Fees already paid for the current subscription period are non-refundable. You may continue to access and use the applicable Services until the end of the current subscription period.

You must provide our payment system with accurate and complete billing information, including your name, address, state or province, postal code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.

If an automatic payment fails for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice notifying you that you must manually pay the full amount due for the applicable billing period by the due date specified in the invoice.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees at any time at our sole discretion. Any change to subscription fees will take effect after the end of your current subscription period. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any new subscription fee takes effect, giving you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before the change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Services after the new subscription fee takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the adjusted subscription fee.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all payments made for subscriptions, Credits, or other paid features are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge that once you have been granted access to the paid Services or Credits, the Company will be deemed to have fully performed its obligations, and no refund will be provided.

In exceptional circumstances, the Company may, at its sole discretion, consider a request for a partial refund. If a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be calculated in proportion to the unused Credits and will exclude any discounts, promotional benefits, and taxes already paid. The Company has sole and final discretion in determining refund eligibility and the amount of any refund.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date under applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 1 to 15 business days. The actual time required for the refund to appear in your account will depend on the processing time of your payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in any of the following circumstances:

• Your account has been restricted, suspended, or terminated due to a policy violation, misuse of the Services, or fraudulent activity;
• You have previously received a refund for a similar product or service;
• You purchased Credits, a subscription, or another Service through a promotional offer, coupon, or discounted price; or
• The refund request was submitted after the applicable deadline or relates to Credits that have already been used or Services that have already been consumed.

To prevent abuse or excessive refund activity, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or restrict refund requests.

• User Content: You own all the input commands and the corresponding output generated by this service.
• Company License: In order to provide, maintain and improve the services, you grant the company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store your content.
• Platform Assets: Apart from user-generated content, all code, design, branding, interface, and proprietary technology of this service belong to the company.

Users are strictly prohibited from performing the following operations while using this service:

• Using AI to generate pornographic, violent, hate speech, or content that violates the laws of any country;
• Interfering with service operation or attempting to obtain our source code or model parameters through reverse engineering;
• Using any automated scripts, crawlers, or malware to access the service;
• Impersonating others or obtaining services through fraudulent means.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, us, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or failure to achieve the expected learning outcomes. Our total liability shall not in any event exceed the total amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

We take your privacy very seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information. This policy forms an integral part of this agreement.

• Applicable Law: The conclusion, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties; if such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong for adjudication.
